About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies. These positions will be 100% remote, which includes all training. Bilingual candidates are required for this position.

Requirements

Bilingual Language Required - Spanish
Candidates must have a medical terminology background.
Highly proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Comfortable navigating technology.
Experience with C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System is a plus.
Experience in Missouri, Texas, and Florida is a plus.

Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants.
Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call.
Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview.
Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls.
Log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary and record call results.
Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company.
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, staff, and management in a professional and expedited manner.
Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements.
