About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to complete life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone outbound calls for multiple client companies. These positions are 100% remote, which includes all training. Recruiting is limited to candidates located in Missouri, Texas, and Florida only.

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required for this position ; bilingual experience must be clearly indicated on submission
Medical terminology background required
Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Comfortable navigating technology
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants.
Complete interview with applicant or leave a message for a return call.
Gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories during interview.
Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes.
Use the C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make telephone calls, log call attempts, document information with orders as necessary, and record call results.
Learn the specific requirements stipulated by each client company.
Respond to the needs and requests of clients, staff, and management in a professional and expedited manner.
Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements.
