As an Insurance Implementation Specialist, you will be the client's first point of contact post-sale, managing the implementation process from the sale through the transition to Client Service. Your role is crucial in establishing a positive relationship with the client, performing a thorough review of the policy and client information, and setting client expectations to ensure a successful transition. You will spend most of your day receiving and reviewing sales orders, policy information, and client information for completeness, working closely with sales to address any outstanding issues. You will make welcome calls to clients to build rapport, set and reinforce expectations, confirm information, and answer questions. Additionally, you will classify employees and owner/officers in applicable systems for accurate premium deductions and be available to service clients through their first premium impound, ensuring all features are active before turnover to Client Service. To thrive in this role, you need excellent client-facing skills, clear and concise communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
