About The Position

As an Insurance Implementation Specialist, you will be the client's first point of contact post-sale, managing the implementation process from the sale through the transition to Client Service. Your role is crucial in establishing a positive relationship with the client, performing a thorough review of the policy and client information, and setting client expectations to ensure a successful transition. You will spend most of your day receiving and reviewing sales orders, policy information, and client information for completeness, working closely with sales to address any outstanding issues. You will make welcome calls to clients to build rapport, set and reinforce expectations, confirm information, and answer questions. Additionally, you will classify employees and owner/officers in applicable systems for accurate premium deductions and be available to service clients through their first premium impound, ensuring all features are active before turnover to Client Service. To thrive in this role, you need excellent client-facing skills, clear and concise communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • Strong Professionalism and business acumen.
  • Strong follow-up skills for timely and effective closure of open items on Sales Orders and in the Implementation Process.
  • Strong oral communication skills with clients, sales, and other service associates.
  • Strong ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraints, while maintaining a professional service and attitude.
  • A college degree is not required, but skills are important. Military experience is also valued.

Nice To Haves

  • Must have or receive the appropriate Property & Casualty insurance license within 30 days of employment. ADP will support successful candidates in the testing process.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard Client: Create exceptional onboarding experiences for Insurance Products implementation, helping clients develop the skills and confidence to use products with ease through expertise and relationship-building.
  • Implement ADP Technologies: Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. Recommend and implement ADP solutions by incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches.
  • Partner Internally: Interact and collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service. Exchange routine information with client project teams regarding priorities, timeliness, and issues.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate: Work on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects simultaneously. Share essential information with clients and internal teams. Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to handle a high volume of inbound calls, with potential for increased daily phone time during peak seasons.
