While their core focus is insurance: coverage analysis, defense, and subrogation; they also advise on a broad range of commercial litigation and liability matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Draft dispositive motions, coverage position letters, and reservation of rights correspondence
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with partners and clients
