About The Position
Founded in the 1970's, this is a full-service law firm with 200 attorneys nationwide in 7 states. The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients. This role will work remotely.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
