About The Position

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, growth-oriented insurance defense firm seeking an experienced Litigation Partner to help lead its Georgia practice. This is a senior-level role designed for an attorney who excels in strategy, oversight, mentorship, and client leadership, rather than day-to-day case handling. The ideal candidate brings deep experience defending insurance defense litigation and has extensive experience in general liability or personal injury insurance defense. The right candidate enjoys guiding litigation strategy, supporting attorney development, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and insurers.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active admission to the Georgia Bar (in good standing)
7-10 years of litigation experience within insurance defense
Extensive experience in general liability or personal injury insurance defense
Prior experience working within an insurance defense law firm

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight and direction on complex insurance defense litigation matters
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and stakeholders
Review pleadings, motion practice, and litigation strategy to ensure quality and consistency
Mentor and develop junior and senior attorneys through guidance and feedback
Support firm leadership by maintaining high professional and performance standards
Step into matters as needed to ensure effective outcomes
