About The Position

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of Insurance Defense experience in General Liability. Experience in the areas of bodily injury, products and premises liability is highly desired. The ideal candidate will possess stellar academic credentials, strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as strong/persuasive oral advocacy. A desire to excel and work your way up the ranks of the law firm, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients with a client-first mindset, is essential. The candidate should be highly organized, with a clear and concise communication style, and must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals. The position requires the candidate to be a licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing. Competence and proficiency in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel are also required.

Requirements

3+ years of Insurance Defense experience in General Liability
Stellar academic credentials
Strong legal research and excellent writing skills
Strong/persuasive oral advocacy
Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset
Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
