Our Ft. Lauderdale office seeks a passionate Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience in insurance defense. Requirements
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.
- One or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation (preferred)
- A hunger for growth, a client-first mindset, and impeccable organizational skills.
- Membership of the Florida Bar in good standing
Responsibilities
- Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
- Lead and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and negotiate settlements.
- Master tools like Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
