About The Position

Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking to connect confidentially with Insurance Defense Associate Attorneys interested in current or future opportunities at law firms across multiple markets. Relevant experience may include insurance defense litigation involving bodily injury, property damage, premises liability, and general liability claims; managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and litigation strategy; working with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insured clients; evaluating liability, damages, settlement opportunities, and litigation exposure; and preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial. Requirements
