Requirements
- Active NY Property & Casualty License
- Strong communicator who builds trust naturally
- Sales-driven mindset with a service-first approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured office environment
Nice To Haves
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge-level customer service through in-office and phone interactions
- Guide clients through coverage reviews, policy changes, and claims support
- Identify coverage gaps and proactively recommend tailored solutions
- Present and close personal lines policies including Auto, Home, and Renters
- Maintain compliance, documentation, and accurate records within agency systems
- Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, performance, and integrity
