About The Position

We are actively hiring multiple experienced Insurance Customer Service Representatives to join our in-office team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who knows how to handle customers, manage a busy workload, and take ownership of their role. If you are reliable, organized, and want to be rewarded for performance, this position is for you. As a licensed sales professional, you'll learn the business inside and out. You'll help grow an Allstate agency and build relationships in your community. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years prior customer service experience required
• Must be willing to obtain a New York State insurance license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-person office environment

Nice To Haves

• Insurance experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing insurance clients with professionalism and urgency
• Handling insurance policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage requests
• Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy
• Maintaining detailed and compliant client records
• Working closely with the sales and service teams to retain and protect our clients
