Local Allstate agency is seeking a qualified in-person Customer Service Professional to join their winning team. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in having unlimited income potential. Requirements

• Strong interest in an insurance career
• No insurance experience required (but preferred)
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• No insurance experience required (but preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience
• Take inbound calls
• Conduct policy reviews
• Take payments
• Assist customer with onboarding of their new policy
• Look for opportunities to cross-sell and/or upgrade existing customers
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
