About The Position

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our patients, insurance providers, and our clinical team, ensuring that insurance claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Compassionate and detail-oriented
• Ability to confirm patient insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations for treatments.
• Ability to submit accurate insurance claims and follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Ability to educate patients and families about their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Ability to accurately code dental procedures and ensure proper billing practices.
• Ability to monitor and manage patient accounts, including following up on overdue payments.
• Ability to work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and insurance processing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is a plus.
