Requirements
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred (Orthodontic experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
- Uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on core values and any additional responsibilities as defined

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families warmly and serve as a welcoming first point of contact
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, and assist families with scheduling appointments
- Coordinate treatment plans with clinical teams and schedule appointments efficiently
- Collect and verify insurance information and assist with financial arrangements
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide exceptional communication and service throughout the patient experience
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
