About The Position

ADP is hiring an Insurance Consultant for a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This is a service-focused position with no sales responsibilities. The role involves serving as ADP's primary contact for clients, resolving challenges, answering questions, assisting clients, and training users on ADP technology. The position carries significant responsibility for ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction. While the core goal of assisting clients remains constant, the daily tasks will vary due to diverse client inquiries and solutions. ADP offers top-ranked training to ensure success in this role. Requirements

At least two years of experience in the insurance industry
Must have the appropriate Property - Casualty producers license within 60 days of employment. ADP will support successful candidates in the testing process.
Experience in the insurance industry, OR Military Experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone and digital channels, including answering client questions and concerns related to business coverage and rates.
Work closely with clients and carriers to endorse coverage based on business needs or changes.
Field questions related to ADP's Pay-By-Pay product, its value proposition, and understand the audit and dispute process.
Investigate, research, analyze, and resolve complex client issues.
Advise clients based on ADP and insurance product knowledge.
Continually upgrade knowledge on the insurance industry and ADP products, including payroll.
Identify and provide recommendations on additional lines of coverage and agency-managed benefits administration tools.
Develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication to ensure satisfaction and world-class service.
