The Client Experience Onboarding Specialist plays a key role in supporting our agents by providing accurate, timely, and helpful assistance regarding health insurance carriers and Ready-to-Sell (RTS) status. This individual will serve as a first point of contact for agent inquiries via email and phone, helping to ensure a seamless experience for agents throughout the onboarding and carrier contracting process.
