About The Position

Bill Good Marketing, a company with 45 years of experience helping financial advisors, has developed Altitude, an AI-native CRM. This role is for an individual who wants to be part of a fast-paced, impactful team where their work is visible and directly affects clients. The Client Onboarding & Support Specialist will be a key point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through the use of the Altitude CRM, ensuring a smooth transition, and providing ongoing support. This is not a typical corporate job; it offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute significantly to client success and company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the best ways to use the Altitude CRM software.
  • Represent the company expertly, professionally, and with care.
  • Coach new clients through onboarding and migration from other CRMs, including data preparation, field relevance, cleanup, restructuring, and managing the migration flow.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team for technical execution of data migration.
  • Handle incoming client questions and provide software support.
  • Run live training sessions and walk clients through product features.
  • Maintain the knowledge base.
  • Help build tutorials and product walkthroughs.
  • Assist with uploading content to the library and managing user licenses.
  • Run onboarding sessions with new client firms, walking them through the product and setting expectations for their migration.
  • Coach clients through data preparation: what to clean, what to restructure, what needs to happen in their current CRM before export.
  • Manage the flow of active migrations: tracking status, coordinating with the engineering team, keeping clients informed.
  • Deliver training sessions with a consistent, patient, professional tone regardless of client technical level.
  • Navigate live product issues in front of clients with composure while coordinating internal resolution.
  • Handle inbound support questions from existing clients.
  • Maintain and expand the Altitude knowledge base.
  • Create and update tutorials and product walkthroughs.
  • Upload content to the content library, managing user licenses on the backend.
  • Perform general customer service work as needed.
