Bailey Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is seeking an organized Insurance Claims Specialist for their Wall Township, NJ, location. This role will handle insurance-related paperwork, schedule insurance claims, dispatch claims to technicians, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and help move claims through the process quickly and accurately. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of insurance claims experience preferred
Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
Strong administrative skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Review and process insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness
Gather and organize required documentation to support claims
Schedule service appointments and coordinate timelines with customers
Dispatch claims to appropriate technicians based on scope and availability
Submit necessary paperwork and ensure timely processing of claims
Track claim status and maintain up-to-date records
Follow up on missing information with customers, adjusters, and internal team members
Provide regular updates to customers throughout the claims process
Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, technicians, and internal staff
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks
