About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its virtual team and seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join us as Remote Benefits Representatives. In this role, you’ll meet virtually with individuals and families interested in learning more about available benefits. You’ll answer questions, explain coverage options, assist with enrollment, provide continued customer service, and help clients make informed decisions about their financial protection. This opportunity combines customer service, client relationships, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. Previous insurance experience is not required. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, qualified client opportunities, mentorship, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be physically located within the United States
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet
• Have webcam and microphone capability
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone

• Assist eligible clients with applications
