About The Position
This Insurance Analyst role supports the implementation of Riskonnect by ensuring insurance and claims data is accurate, complete, and successfully migrated into the system. The position works closely with stakeholders to assist with system configuration, testing, and reporting while maintaining organized records and supporting ongoing insurance operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, accounting, or a related analytical field
- Working knowledge of commercial insurance concepts, including property, casualty, and claims processes
- Strong data management skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (data cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis)
- Experience supporting system implementations, data migrations, or enterprise platforms (e.g., Riskonnect preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and communication skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Prepare, cleanse, and validate insurance and claims data (policies, claims, exposure schedules) for accurate migration into Riskonnect
- Support system configuration and testing of policy records, claims workflows, user roles, and reporting functionality
- Execute data migration, reconciliation, and quality checks against source documents and legacy files
- Participate in UAT by documenting defects, coordinating feedback, and assisting with issue resolution and system improvements
- Maintain organized insurance records and support reporting, renewals, and day-to-day insurance administration during implementation
