Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable conducting outbound calls and finalizing sales
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Possession of (or ability to obtain quickly) Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through lead identification, proactive outreach, and closing opportunities into long-term relationships
  • Foster lasting client partnerships with personalized insurance reviews and outstanding service
  • Sell and cross-sell a wide range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Achieve and surpass agency and personal performance targets
  • Utilize CRM platforms to organize leads, manage follow-ups, renewals, and client information
  • Stay updated on product offerings, state regulations, and Farmers guidelines
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, results-driven team
