Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept coaching
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (or ability to obtain quickly)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through lead identification, proactive outreach, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong client partnerships through personalized insurance reviews and exceptional service
  • Sell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Achieve and exceed both agency and individual performance goals
  • Leverage CRM platforms to organize leads, manage follow-ups, renewals, and maintain client records
  • Stay informed about product offerings, state regulations, and Farmers Insurance guidelines
  • Collaborate within a supportive, goal-oriented team environment
