Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence with outbound calls, digital outreach, and in-person interactions
- Results-driven attitude and commitment to learning
- Ability to quickly grasp insurance products, systems, and compliance requirements
- Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients via outbound calling, networking, lead follow-up, and referrals
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial)
- Achieve monthly sales goals through selling and cross-selling products
- Follow up on open quotes and agency-provided leads
- Deliver outstanding customer service and develop strong client relationships
- Utilize CRM tools to stay organized and maintain precise policy documentation
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and agency growth initiatives
