Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence with outbound calls, digital outreach, and in-person interactions
  • Results-driven attitude and commitment to learning
  • Ability to quickly grasp insurance products, systems, and compliance requirements
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients via outbound calling, networking, lead follow-up, and referrals
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial)
  • Achieve monthly sales goals through selling and cross-selling products
  • Follow up on open quotes and agency-provided leads
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and develop strong client relationships
  • Utilize CRM tools to stay organized and maintain precise policy documentation
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and agency growth initiatives
