Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence with outbound calling, digital communication, and face-to-face contact
  • Results-focused mindset and commitment to continuous learning
  • Quick ability to learn insurance products, systems, and compliance guidelines
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients through outbound calls, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals
  • Assess client needs and recommend coverage solutions including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Achieve monthly production goals by selling and cross-selling insurance products
  • Follow up on open quotes and agency-provided leads
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Use CRM tools to stay organized and maintain accurate policy records
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and growth initiatives
