What You’ll Do As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you will: Prospect new clients through outbound calls, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals Assess client needs and recommend coverage solutions including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Achieve monthly production goals by selling and cross-selling insurance products Follow up on open quotes and agency-provided leads Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships Use CRM tools to stay organized and maintain accurate policy records Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and growth initiatives What You Bring The ideal Insurance Sales Trainee is enthusiastic, ambitious, and adaptable.
