Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfort with outbound calling and closing deals
  • A willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willing to obtain)

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active outreach and relationship-building
  • Conduct consultations to uncover client needs and provide customized coverage recommendations
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Develop long-term client relationships with proactive service and regular check-ins
  • Exceed personal sales targets to help grow the agency
  • Stay updated on product changes, compliance, and underwriting guidelines
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and oversee renewals
  • Engage in team meetings and offer input into sales strategies
