About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Agent to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The agent will build and manage their own business, develop a client base, and connect with potential clients through individual and group presentations, community events, and networking. The role includes mentorship from an experienced agent and access to training, established books of business, value-added services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The position offers performance-based 1099 compensation, including commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting; there is no external office requirement.
