Requirements

  • Previous sales experience or a proven record of meeting goals is required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Grow new business by identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and converting leads to policies
  • Conduct consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell a wide range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets to support overall agency growth
  • Stay current on products and compliance regulations
  • Use CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and sales planning sessions
