Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
- A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities
- Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
- Conducting client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
- Selling and cross-selling insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, contributing to overall agency success
- Staying informed on product knowledge and compliance standards
- Using CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals
- Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
