About The Position

COUNTRY Financial is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to become Insurance Agents. This role involves owning your business and helping clients prepare for life's planned and unexpected moments with appropriate insurance products. As independent contractors, agents build a rewarding, financially stable career by taking a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients. They diversify income through a portfolio of property, casualty, life, and health lines, manage their own schedules, educate clients on products, and collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors. Agents are also expected to establish their own office and build a staff. • Ability to obtain Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Ability to obtain Life/Health State Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
