Requirements
- Background in sales (1+ year preferred)
- Self-starter with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible environment
- Motivated by goals, growth, and performance-based success
- Reliable access to a computer or tablet and internet connection
- Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain (training support provided)
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through virtual meetings and in-person appointments
- Evaluate client needs and identify areas where support is needed
- Present tailored recommendations across a range of services, including: Life and Health Insurance, Medicare and Supplemental Coverage, Retirement Protection Strategies, Debt and Tax Relief Solutions, Employee and Group Benefit Programs
- Foster long-term client relationships through consistent service and follow-up
