Responsibilities

  • Meet with individuals and families to understand their current financial situation and long-term goals, offering tailored life insurance and investment-based solutions (once state certifications and company sponsored training are achieved).
  • Educate members on a variety of financial tools including life insurance, retirement planning, college savings, and other asset protection strategies.
  • Meet with existing member leads provided through local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional, ongoing service to members with regular reviews and check-ins to adjust financial plans as life evolves.
  • Actively build your network through relationship-based prospecting, local involvement, referrals, and member events.
  • Participate in Modern Woodmen’s mentorship and training programs to sharpen your professional skills and explore paths to leadership.
  • Meet or exceed performance benchmarks for member activity, plan implementation, and retention.
  • Adhere to all industry regulations, company policies, and state licensing requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all member interactions.
