Role Responsibilities As an Insurance Agent Team Member, you will: Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions Sell and cross-sell a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Provide excellent customer service and maintain lasting client relationships Achieve or exceed monthly production and performance objectives Stay up-to-date on product offerings, underwriting, and industry trends Qualifications & Skills We’re searching for a proactive sales professional with outstanding communication skills.
