About The Position
We are a growing independent insurance agency in the Jacksonville/St. Johns area looking for our next great hire. This isn't your typical agency job posting. We're building something here – a fast-paced, people-first environment where the right person can grow, earn well, and actually enjoy coming to work. The role involves quoting and binding personal lines policies (home, auto, boat, etc.) while building real client relationships. This is a sales and service role, and we need someone who understands that the phone is still the most powerful tool in the business.
Requirements
- Strong phone presence
- Stable, consistent work history
- Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment
- Sales-minded (follows up, closes, takes ownership)
Nice To Haves
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
