Requirements

Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (training provided)

Responsibilities

Proactively source new leads through cold calling, networking, and community involvement
Analyze clients' needs and recommend customized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and Business)
Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets with a performance-focused approach
Present insurance products confidently to individuals and small business owners
Provide responsive, thorough follow-up on all leads and appointments
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer communications
Deliver outstanding client service and address customer inquiries or policy needs promptly
Stay up-to-date on Farmers Insurance products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
