Your Role: Agent in Training As an Agent in Training, you will play a vital role in driving our agency’s continued success by: Generating new business through prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion Advising clients through consultative needs assessments and tailored solutions Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies Building and maintaining trusted client relationships with ongoing support and regular policy reviews Consistently exceeding individual sales goals while helping drive agency-wide progress Staying current on insurance products and compliance requirements Leveraging CRM tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and policy renewals Collaborating in team meetings and strategy discussions, sharing knowledge and best practices Who We’re Looking For We seek individuals with a growth mindset who are committed to their development and long-term achievement: 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance industry experience preferred Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales A coachable, goal-oriented attitude and strong learning drive Highly organized with excellent time management skills Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Why Build Your Career With Us? Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence with outbound calls and closing sales
  • A coachable, goal-oriented attitude and strong learning drive
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
