Requirements

  • Has 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Communicates powerfully and negotiates with confidence
  • Flourishes in outbound sales, fearless in closing deals
  • Is coachable, ambitious, and hungry to learn
  • Excels at time management and organization
  • Holds (or is committed to obtaining) Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
