Requirements
- Previous sales experience or a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals
- At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Confident making outbound calls and closing sales
- Eagerness to learn, openness to coaching
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual abilities are an advantage
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting and securing new clients
- Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend the best solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build long-lasting relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular policy reviews
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, helping the agency grow
- Stay on top of product knowledge and compliance
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, followups, and renewals
- Contribute to strategy and growth discussions in team meetings
