Your Role as an Agent in Training As an Agent in Training, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our agency's client base, providing tailored insurance solutions, and strengthening our collaborative team culture. This role is designed for individuals who are not just looking for immediate rewards but are motivated by achieving meaningful long-term career goals.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business
  • Growth mindset with strong coachability and learning agility
  • Organized, self-driven, and dedicated to career progression
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or a willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive long-term agency growth through proactive lead generation, prospect outreach, and converting opportunities into lifelong clients
  • Consult with clients to understand their current and evolving insurance needs, offering solutions for auto, home, life, and commercial lines
  • Build and foster sustained client relationships, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and proactive service
  • Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales goals through dedication and a commitment to self-improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on insurance products and compliance regulations
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage leads, opportunities, client follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Participate in agency sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning initiatives
