Requirements

  • Previous sales experience or a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals
  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident making outbound calls and closing sales
  • Eagerness to learn, openness to coaching
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by prospecting and securing new clients
  • Consult with customers to identify their insurance needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive portfolio: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build long-lasting relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular policy reviews
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, helping the agency grow
  • Stay on top of product knowledge and compliance
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, followups, and renewals
  • Contribute to strategy and growth discussions in team meetings
