Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
  • Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
  • Relentless confidence with outbound calls and closing business
  • A coachable, tenacious, goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by consistently identifying and engaging new prospects, turning leads into loyal policyholders
  • Consult with potential clients, assess their individual insurance needs, and deliver thoughtful, customized solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive range of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, ongoing communication, and regular policy reviews
  • Routinely meet and exceed sales targets to power agency growth and receive top recognition
  • Stay informed on product offerings, compliance, and proven sales strategies
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools to efficiently progress prospects to binding coverage
  • Collaborate in team meetings, sharing strategies and contributing to collective results
