Requirements

1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
Relentless confidence with outbound calls and closing business
A coachable, tenacious, goal-oriented mindset
Excellent organization and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

Drive revenue by consistently identifying and engaging new prospects, turning leads into loyal policyholders
Consult with potential clients, assess their individual insurance needs, and deliver thoughtful, customized solutions
Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive range of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, ongoing communication, and regular policy reviews
Routinely meet and exceed sales targets to power agency growth and receive top recognition
Stay informed on product offerings, compliance, and proven sales strategies
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools to efficiently progress prospects to binding coverage
Collaborate in team meetings, sharing strategies and contributing to collective results
