Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in conducting outreach and closing business
  • A strong desire to learn, adapt, and progress within the organization
  • High levels of organization and time management
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are an asset

Responsibilities

  • Drive agency growth by identifying prospects and converting leads into clients
  • Conduct personalized client consultations to provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell a diverse range of products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, supporting them at every stage of their needs
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals, contributing to your own advancement
  • Stay current with product knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development
  • Utilize CRM tools for effective relationship and pipeline management
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic agency initiatives
