Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying prospects, reaching out, and converting leads into policyholders
  • Conduct client consultations to assess coverage needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Build and nurture client relationships with ongoing service and policy reviews
  • Exceed individual sales targets while supporting overall agency success
  • Stay current with product offerings and compliance requirements
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-up tasks, and renewals
  • Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
