Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and closing new business
  • Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend optimal coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell a full suite of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and proactive policy reviews
  • Consistently exceed individual sales targets to support overall agency success
  • Stay current on product knowledge, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  • Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor renewals
  • Actively participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions to drive innovation and growth
