Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals
  • Driven, coachable, and proactive attitude
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a valuable asset

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new prospects, converting leads into long-lasting policies
  • Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Build enduring client relationships, providing ongoing support and expertise
  • Consistently surpass individual sales goals
  • Stay current with the latest products and compliance standards
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Contribute to team meetings and shape progressive sales strategies
