About The Position

As an Agent in Training, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most while learning advanced business and sales strategies from an established agency team. As an Agent in Training, you will help clients safeguard their most important assets while learning advanced business development and sales tactics alongside an established agency team.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of prior insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
  • Active California Property & Casualty License
  • Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production goals
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and self-motivation
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in insurance (sales, service, or production)
  • Active California Property & Casualty License
  • Life & Health License (preferred or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • History of meeting or exceeding production targets

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct in-depth insurance consultations to match clients with the right coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through service and renewal support
  • Track activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM tools
  • Stay compliant with California Department of Insurance standards and company guidelines
  • Drive new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct comprehensive insurance consultations to align clients with optimal coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with excellent service and renewal assistance
  • Monitor activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company policies
