About The Position

As an Agent in Training, your primary goal will be to generate new business, build trusted client relationships, and provide tailored insurance solutions. You will refine and expand your sales expertise through immersive hands-on training and ongoing mentorship in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred
• Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving and surpassing targets
• Professional, organized, and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
• Conduct personalized consultations to assess and address client insurance needs
• Present and sell a comprehensive range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial plans
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-up and support
• Manage and track sales activities, client communications, and renewals using CRM systems
• Ensure strict compliance with Farmers Insurance standards and California Department of Insurance regulations
