Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Superior communication and persuasive negotiation skills
  • Unwavering confidence in making outbound calls and closing new business
  • A coachable, goal-driven mindset with relentless follow-through
  • Sharp organization and stellar time management

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities
