Requirements

• High school diploma
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical ability with comfort working with numbers and comparisons
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to learn new systems and technology platforms quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in insurance, risk management, or financial services
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Conduct and organize loss control photo documentation to support underwriting and risk assessment
• Assist with property and risk inspections, ensuring accurate and complete data collection
• Develop and review replacement cost estimates for insured properties
• Support insurance quoting activities across personal and/or commercial lines
• Perform comparative rating analysis using internal systems and platforms such as XILO
• Maintain organized records and assist with data entry and file management
• Provide general administrative and operational support to agency staff

Benefits

• $17.29/hr to $21.62/hr Compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Final pay may vary depending on factors such as prior experience, expertise, and specific requirements of the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and will discuss the final pay rate with candidates should an offer be made.
