Our Client Service Centre is a contact centre that services clients all over the Lower Mainland. Whether it’s over the phone or through email, you’ll handle client inquiries and educate clients on their auto insurance needs. Requirements

  • Level 1 General Insurance License
  • 6+ months of previous insurance experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated and sales-driven individual

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries over the phone, through email, and via text messaging.
  • Educate clients on their auto insurance needs.
  • Service over 100,000 auto clients within the Greater Vancouver region.
  • Take inbound and outbound calls from the Client Service Centre located in Burnaby.
